Before Christmas Lianne spoke at SOFII’s Supporter Experience I Wish I’d Thought Of That event. 

She shared one of our favourite examples of great supporter communications from the social enterprise Who Gives A Crap.

It’s a great example of knowing your audience, using humour and not slipping into charity jargon. They bring out their strong brand personality – both in the words and images. The tone of voice is also consistent in all the communications. Finally, they are crystal clear about the impact your purchase is having and how it is sustainable.
