Bite Size Tips: Birthday Cake, Missing Cheese and Supporter Motivations

Today we have a quick catch up and share some things that caught our eye over the last week.

It was Craig’s birthday last week and he received a surprising free gift from Lola’s Cupcakes that fundraiser’s can learn from. The gift contained the code ‘HelloNeighbour’ if you want 10% off some cupcakes!

Lianne was impressed with the customer service she received when her order from Feed Britain was missing a cheese board.

Emily had an interesting discussion this week with a charity around supporter motivations and how they might be different at the current time.

Craig then finishes off with a quick tip on supporter journeys and a key question to ask about any communication you send.
